Advertising
The Scopir apex displays no advertisements, sponsored placements, or monetized outbound links.
This policy applies only to pages served at scopir.com. It does not state or transfer
provider approval for any other public surface.
The apex ads.txt remains comments-only until exact publisher evidence is reviewed. Serving
that file does not itself activate advertising. Scopir is not a government service.
